Personally, I believe if you're going to repeat affirmations, you should focus on what you WANT, not what you DON'T want. If you're ill you should say something more like, "I am becoming more and more healthy", and NOT, "I am not sick". Focus on what you WANT. Rating: - BookGreat book, easy reading and good ideas.
