Rating: 2 out of 5 stars - Don't Agree With Wording of Affirmation in Back of Book
The affirmations at the back of this book are not always of a "positive" nature. Personally, I believe if you're going to repeat affirmations, you should focus on what you WANT, not what you DON'T want. If you're ill you should say something more like, "I am becoming more and more healthy", and NOT, "I am not sick". Focus on what you WANT.

I ordered a new book. The book I recieved had underlining in it and some of the lessons had been filled in. It is hard to do the lessons when you are looking at someone else's answers.

I was at a point where it was like I was swiming upstream at work. Too many things were just so much more difficult than they needed to be.

I picked this book up because the title jumped out at me. This is the best work environment self-assessment book I have ever seen. It's the only one I've found that helps to identify why some jobs, or work environments are just not a good fit and never will be a good fit.
