    Amazon.com Review:
This tool increases the fun factor of your KitchenAid stand mixer several times over. Toss cubes of meat into the food tray, stomp 'em down, and watch the results wriggle out the front. Grind your own beef or chicken for patties or tacos. Blend your own sausage mixtures, from breakfast to boudin blanc. With additional attachments, you can turn it into a pasta maker or a sausage stuffer. It's easy to assemble and use. Most parts are dishwasher-safe; hand wash the grinding blades, wooden stomper, and cutting knife. --Betsy Danheim

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - KitchenAid FGA food grinder attachment
We used our food grinder to process Venison into hamburger. It was easy to assemble. It ground the meat well, even some with tough fibers throughout. Most parts clean very easily except in the body of the grinder. It was impossible to reach so we used a bottle brush and soaked it in chlorine water. For what we needed it for it was great.

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - Ground Chicken
The grinder works better than expected. I purchased it to grind chicken for sausage and other dishes. Does a really good job, breaks down for cleaning quickly and clean-up is quick and nearly painless

Rating: 2 out of 5 stars - Kitchen Aid FGA Food Grinder
This product was not what I expected. They have changed the pusher to a plastic model which is not as effective as the wooden one shown in the photo. Additionally and more importantly, the holes in grinder plates are not consistent in grind size with older sets made by Kitchen Aid. My sisters and I got together to make Christmas kielbasa and were slowed down because we couldn't use both of our Kitchen Aid mixers to grind the meat.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - good addition to KitchenAid mixer
We purchased grinder to grind deer meat. Did a very nice job, we ran the meat thru the large grinding plate first, then thru the smaller holed plate. Cleaned all attachment parts in dishwasher came out very clean. Would recommend.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Works exceptionally well for the price and convenience!
I just got this a few days ago and have used it for two different tasks. Th e first run was with walnuts and I wanted to create something akin to flour to flavor muffins and it worked so well. When I ran my hands through it all the walnut oil was still present and the muffins can out delicious.

Last night I tried grinding sausage for the first time ever and it was easy and simple. I first ran it through on the large setting, then let it (the machine and the pork) rest and then ran ... Read More
