 Rating:  - good meat grinderi bought it to grind meat for sausage and it does a pretty good job. i prefer the meat to be ground a little rougher (not so finely ground), but the sausage still turned out tasty. Rating: - pasta?i read the reviews and decided to try it inspite of the one stars. i did not get it off amazon but from sur la table $$$ and paid the msrp. i got it here because of their return polocy (if i hated it i can return it and get the roller attachment no questions asked and no return shipping). so i tryed the basic egg noodle they had in the booklet and it was just too wet. so i had to reprocess the whole batch with more dry ingredents. the texture is really meally and then i stuffed it into the extruder. ...
