 Rating:  - A peaceful disciplineThis is the first time I have used Singing Bowls to enhance meditation and prayer time. Each selection is about 28 minutes long with some intervals marked with just a "bell". What a gift to not need a watch! The wind chimes that begin each selection help me focus more quickly and the blend of songs and sounds that follow are exquisite. Rating:  - Pure Bliss I am a yoga teacher and a fellow teacher played this toward the end of class. Had to buy a copy for myself. I have used it in my own class and I get a lot of very positive feedback from my students. I also play it when I meditate. AHHHHHh! Rating: - Good NightThis is wonderful to play when laying your head down on your pillow to sleep. This CD weaves through ones brain choking out lifes little challenges allowing one to let go and rest. Rating: - Seven MetalsIt is very apporopriate for yoga. Especially the meditation (Savasana) at the end of practice. Rating: - cautiondo not listen to this while driving. It even says that on the disk. I bought this to help me relax, and it puts me to sleep within minutes, every time. I love this CD. |
