Amazon.com Product Description:
A popular and affordable telephone, the 210 from AT&T is designed for those who don't want hassles or frills, just a basic phone that's reliable and easy to use. Simple corded operation means you never have worry about misplacing a cordless handset, and the phone's sturdy construction means it's designed to last.

You can place the base on a convenient surface or easily mount it on the wall, saving on counter space. A 12-number memory dial feature lets you store your most frequently called numbers (up to 21 digits)--nine speed dials plus three emergency one-touch dials that are easy to program. A directory card is provided to help you keep track of all your memory dial settings. A redial feature lets you quickly call the last outgoing number (up to 32 digits).

Three ringer settings (off, low, and high) and three handset volume levels permit customization. Switchable tone and pulse dialing methods are also provided. The illuminated keypad helps you operate the phone even in darkly lit areas, while a prog/mute button on the handset lets you hear the other party while muting your side of the conversation. An excellent value, the 210 also comes backed with a one-year limited warranty.

Customer Reviews
Average Rating: out of 5 stars

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - This is a practical and basic corded phone
I already have cordless phones. I bought this corded phone for emergency when electricity goes out. I have a mom who stays home most of the time. Therefore, I believe it will be very useful since we have a bad experience not able to contact each other during the last power outage. No problem mounting it on our kitchen wall. It has memory and speed dialing feature which is a plus. I would rate it 5-stars if the keypad has a brighter illumination.

Rating: 3 out of 5 stars - Basic, but servicable
For the price, this phone serves its purpose well. The one thing that keeps it from getting five stars is that the phone does not have an off/on switch.

Rating: 3 out of 5 stars - Real Phones
It's a plesure to have a real phone after going through so many cordless type phones with bad connections, it's a pleasure

Rating: 1 out of 5 stars - a rip off
Received my phone and connected it and everytime I used it, you could hear beeping on the line. Emailed the company wanted to exchange for another phone. They said they dont do that, I needed to send the phone back. I called them hoping to get a different reply, and asking about the shipping cost.
She said it would depend on the condition of the phone, the phone was brand new, I tried to explain to her that the phone was defective. I sent the phone back and they refunded me for just the ... Read More
