This should be clearly marked on the packaging and in all descriptions. I was going to say "you get what you pay for," but there are some great freeware apps out there for Palm. Search the 'Net! Unfortunately, many of the hot games are just trial versions and they won't last forever for free. You'll have to register(and pay$) if you want to keep going. If you want good quality games that are ready to go and have minimal aggravation to load, then don't buy this item. The potential 'good' ones on this CD require more money to be coughed up to activate fully. And the games that don't fit this category would'nt keep a 3yr old entertained.
