When I listen to it, I can't help but get an extra spurt of energy, so it's great for walking on the treadmill or housecleaning. I originally purchased the cassette, but no longer have a cassete player so I am going to purchase it again. Rating: - WowzaNot sure why the previous review was so bitter on it, but not being a musician, I loved this as a child, and now I love it to listen to on Saturday mornings, cleaning the house or just for fun.
