My sister called customer service and was told they would only talk to me. When I called, I was disconnected, then talked to a customer service agent who obviously was not listening to me (I had to repeat the situation 3 times during the call), who refused to connect me to her supervisor, and who was almost impossible to hear because of the background noise. It is well laid out, has short, interesting articles, and even a bookmark! However, by the time the 2nd issue came, it felt like a re-hash of the 1st- plus I realized the magazine seemed more the half full of ads. Now, I enjoy looking at the ads and discovering new products, but this was a little ridiculous. I felt like everytime I opened the magazine, I was looking at the ads, and not the articles.
