The movie opens with Wyatt Earp trying to put his violent past behind him, living happily in Tombstone with his brothers and the woman (Dana Delany) who puts his soul at ease. But a murderous gang called the Cowboys has burst on the scene, and Earp can't keep his gun belt off any longer. The plot sounds routine, and in many ways it is, but Western buffs won't mind a bit thanks to a fine cast and some well-handled action on the part of Rambo director George P.  Rating:  - One of my favorite's of all time!I have to say that I saw this movie when it came out in the theaters back in the '90's and it was awesome! I since have owned it on Laser Disc, and both DVD versions. The Vista Series is so far the best and I can't wait to ad the Blu-Ray version to my other three. Although I don't have the other DVD offering any longer I still have the Laser Disc. I just can't seem to part with my LD collection. They're so nostalgic! Read More Rating: - A GREAT YARNVal Kilmer creates one of the most beautifully realized western characters ever in this slam-bang actioner, and Kurt Russel's version of Earp beat's even the great Henry Fonda's ( in my own opinion, of course ).
