It's better than Mr. Coffee's. Easy to use and clean, except for the frother. I decided to microwave the milk and use a mixer-foamer (whatever you call those things), then add the coffee. Not a purist but it works for me. Only "problem" is that it's easy to forget to turn the machine off. I had left it on all day and am happy to say it didn't burn up or burn my house down.
