We, my wife and I, have used it to make just about everything you can grill. We use the recipes from the Weber website, and many of our own recipes and ideas. This grill worked great out of the box with a disposable cylinder, but I did have a problem when using it with a 20 lb propane tank. I did get to use my Q grill for the first time last night to cook a thick steak and it took less than 8 minutes to reach medium. Since I get home late every evening I will probably be using my Q grill for all of my late night cooking. Great grill! 5 stars + |
