 Rating:  - BUYER BEWAREThese filters are generic and NOT made by Honeywell... They are thinner than the Honeywell brand and they are a smaller diameter than the Honeywell brand which means that you have to forcefully put them into place. I still have a good unused Honeywell filter that I compared them to. I emailed customer support and have not heard from them at all. Good luck to you if you order through this company. They fit & worked just as the filters did that came with my humidifier. Nothing special to report on these filtes. Rating: - substituted an inferior model filterI ordered the Honeywell HAC504. Allergy Be Gone sent the HAC504AW. This is an inferior filter and does not last near as long as the HAC504. Now I see they will not refund the shipping charge and there is also a 10% restocking fee. I won't submit an order to Amazon for a long time. |
