The only problem is that they are so cheap i kinda wish i had bought two cause i am having a hard time keeping it clean over here... it does leak a little bit but that is only when i am shaking NO-Explode but it does say on the bottle that it shouldnt be shaken cause it builds up pressure so i really cant complain... My protein powder is never clumpy (ON Whey). I generally shake it for 40-60seconds. Ignore the comments about this leaking - if you make sure the lid is on tight and the caps are closed, it won't leak - trust me on that. It's a good product for the price. I highly recommend it. Add the milk or liquid first, then add the protein powder, so you won't have sludge on the bottom of the cup. I shake vigorously for 30 seconds-1 minute, depending upon how much protein powder I add, and definitely over the sink, because my cup does leak a little from the side while shaking.
