Editorial Review: Product Description: Balsamic Cream. A new flavor from Carandini Average Rating:
![]() Rating: - Love the falvorI first tatsed this on a river cruise in Germany and loved it. It is the perfect addition to a salad. Rating: - Crema di balsamicoWas served Crema di Balsamico in an Italian restaurant in Montreal, Canada and was so impressed that I asked to know more about it. Upon my return to the San Francisco Bay Area, I looked for it high and low but was unable to find it. I HAD to have it and was delighted to purchase it through Amazon. It is sweet and creamy, wonderful over sliced avocado, for dipping with olive oil, over pecorino cheese cubes, the possibilities are endless. It is "luxuriously" delicious. Rating: - You gotta try this! This stuff is addictive!! It is excellent on salads and wonderful as a flavoring ingredient in just about anything that you can think of. Your imagination can go wild with this because it adds a great touch to just about anything. (If you use olive oil for dipping bread with your Italian meals, try adding some to the bottom of the dish before you add the oil and then carefully put in the oil so they stay seperate. Tastes great!) Rating: - Crema di Balsamico: an excellent addition to fruit, salad, meatWe (2 daughters & I ) have been using this product for at least 3 years. It can be used alone on strawberries, rasberries etc., adds a heft to the usual Balsalmic dressing, and is excellent used with a little olive oil on any meat. This is literally a creamier version of Balsalmic vinegar...smoother & less acidic. Balducci's used to carry this, and stopped for some reason. Glad to have found it again on your site. |
