My laptop went online immediately, but the work horse, my desk top, kept loosing the signal (both OS is Vista). The Verizon tech finally said that he couldn't determine why the weak signal. It was easy to install on my Dell Computer. I called my cable carrier first to help me set it up. They could not help me she confused me more than if I tried on my own. After being on the phone with her for about an hour she said she could not help me. Then I called tech support at TRENDnet and they helped me with the set up. Now it is running right and I have not had any trouble at all.
