 Rating: - Great pan, but no coverThis is a good, heavyweight saucier, just the right size for those smaller items. The helper handle is nice. Clean up is a breeze if you put water in it as soon as you're done with it. Heats evenly, including up the sides, and it works great on my gas stove. BEWARE! Despite the name -- COVERED saucier -- no lid is supplied with it. The lid from my Kitchen Aid 2 quart 5 ply stainless pot fits it perfectly, though. Just means I can't use both with a cover at the same time. |
