I've only used it a couple of times, but have found that it works really well. Heats up quickly & straightens my hair very easily. I was afraid I'd spend a lot of money & then get something that barely worked. I was pleasantly surprised! Rating: - LOVE ITTHis straightener is amazing! I have curly, thick hair and this straightener works great!
