They are easy to stack and store well in my kitchen drawer. I use them every day. I saute tofu, potatoes, and mixed vegetables. I make stir-fried tofu and vegetable dishes. I also use them to make omelettes. The pans are of medium weight. I love the glass lids and the stainless steel handles. I wash the pans and lids in my dishwasher, and they've done well even after a year of constant use. I've ...
