 Rating:  - Outstanding QualityI had purchased a Calphalon skillet from Amazon about 5 years ago and have used it continuously since then to the point that it needed to be replaced. I purchased this skillet on the Friday Sale and found it to be even more superior in quality. I have used it for about a month now and it continues to amaze me...there is practically no clean up and nothing sticks! I particularly like the grooved cooking surface. Must say, really a gr8 product. Much better than many other non-stick brands. Make sure to wash it with soft sponge and only use wooden spatula on it and this product will last a lifetime, just as it was brand new. The pan is a little thinner than I'm use to so keep the heat low to medium. Only downside is there is no lid and hard to find one that fits an 11 inch. I just use my 12 inch pan cover and it's good enough. Gave one to my mom and brother.
