 Rating: - My Desert-Island PotThis is the fourth or fifth version of this pan I've bought over the years. Like all non-stick finishes, they do have to be replaced periodically, but I use this pan pretty much every day. I think of it as my "desert-island" pot. If I only had one piece of cookware for the rest of my life, this would be the one. The size is perfect, nice and big but still light enough to lift easily with one hand when filled.
