 Rating:  - CheapThis was recommended to me by a friend as a energy supplement. It is probably the worst thing I've ever taken. I drink over a gallon of water a day & yet I still managed to get severely dehydrated while taking this. I only took it once a day & it did absolutely nothing for me all the way around. I actually think it may have contributed to my massive 8lb gain this month! Rating:  - Good energy, cheap solutionI need energy at work, this gives it to me without the gitters of most "fat burners". Dont look for crazy weight loss, or any at all. Its a fairly tame product but it gives me the pick me up of coffee, however with a pill. I dont drink soda, or coffee so this works great. Super cheap as well. Rating:  - Not what I expectedThis didn't work as well as I had hoped. I take two in the morning and one with lunch. It seems like it supresses my apitite until dinner and then I feel very hungry. I don't have any side effects, doesn't seem to bother me as far as being jittery or anything like that. I think if you ar on a budget these are worth a try, but if you have a few extra bucks to spend shop around. Rating: - ABGreat product. Great source for energy. I do a lot of running and I take 2 before my run in the morning and another 2 late afternoon. I feel healthier and alive. I'll definately buy this product again when I run out... Rating: - Green TeaI love this product gives lots you of energy. Just make sure you dont take more than stated will give you the jitters. |
