 Rating:  - Great indoor grill panThis grill pan is great. I use it when the weather outside is bad. I am very pleased with how hot it gets and how it grills chicken and steak. Rating:  - False Advertisement I don't understand how you advertised this product Cuisinart EGP-18 Electric Nonstick Grill Pan with a glass lid and when it arrived at my home the box immediately told me that the product did not come with the glass lid you advertised. The product itself I rate excellent, but if you advertise the product as you did (includes a glass lid) then that is what should have been delivered...the main reason I ordered this product is because it came with a lid... Rating:  - Poor description - no lid!I purchased this pan as a "deal of the day". There was a description of a chrome trimmed lid within the item information, but when the pan arrived - no lid! No mention of a lid in the owner's instruction. It would have been very hard to use this as a warming dish without the aforementioned lid, so I had to return the grill pan. It just wasn't worth the price. Rating:  - Beware of this offer!If you are interested in this type of cooker, you should be aware that dispite being advertized three times in the product review that it comes with "a tempered glass lid with chrome rimming" There IS NO LID!!! I contacted Amazon about this as soon as I received the cooker and a week later still no responce back. I finally gave up on them and asked for a return slip. Actually I would have preferred to keep the cooker but without the lid it would have been useless to me and not worth the high price ... It is not shown on the packaging or referenced in the manual. There are some other counter-top cooking appliances in this Cuisinart product line which do include a glass lid.
