 Rating: - Heat makes all the difference!!I own the previous model to this and did not find it all that effective. After reading the reviews I decided to buy this, which seems identical except heat was added. The heat has made a huge difference and makes it so much more effective. I am so glad I upgraded. Although I have not tried the higher model (quad), from reading the reviews and from experience, I think this is a better choice in order to focus the massage at one spot. Read many different reviews for similar items, but went with this one (reviewers rated the 400 model as inferior even though it has 4 rolling mechanisms). I'm glad I bought this! The shiatsu mode really kneads out the knots in my back, and I love that you can target in on one spot.
