 Rating: - Excellent GizmoA bit pricey, but well worth it. Can lie down in bed or on a sofa to use. The optional heat is a nice feature. Can also sit on the sofa or in a recliner chair and place this pillow where you need it (on your head, neck, shoulders, low back...). If the pressure is too strong (if you're lying prone on the bed or sofa), you can place a hand towel over the pillow for a lighter pressure. I'm purchasing a second one as a gift! Nothing will beat (or come close to) a personal deep tissue massage, but how often do you get to have that?
