The sound quality is great, they feel well made and have substantial weight for their small size, they are not cheap and plasticlike. The volume knob is convenient and easy to operate. I like the fact that these are 110v plug in powered, that saves me a USB port. Another plus is that there is ample wire between the speakers to place one on each side of dual 19" monitors. I have been hearing static whenever the volume knob for the speakers is low, and nothing is playing on my computer. However, the only problem is it picks up a lot of radio waves and so sometimes puts out static noises. My I/O board and the washer couldn't fix this problem. Besides that, it's a great product.
