 Rating:  - NEVER subscribe to a magazine through AmazonI subscribed in July waited patiently as instructed for the October issue and when I called Amazon to inquire as to why I had not received it, I was given the run around and ultimately told that even if i never got an issue I also would NEVER get a refund: "We don't refund magazine subscriptions." Rating: - Has not come.Subscribed in the first week of August, it is now the first week of November and not one magazine has arrived. Just got off the phone with customer service-- he assured me (unconvincingly) that my November issue would arrive soon. He gave no acceptable explanation for the delay, trying to convince me that my address was changed... but my address is printed correctly on Amazon, and has remained the same since July! Very disappointing, particularly since Amazon has been pushing its magazine subscription service.
