But it is very clear and the sound is wonderful as well. I never had the HDMI yet for my HDTV because I couldnot afford the rediculous prices of the HDMI cords. This is great. This cable worked great.... once. I tried to use it again the next day with the exact same setup and the TV would not detect any signal across the cable at all. The cable was already broken. Also, this cable arrived in a cheap unmarked bag and doesn't appear to meet any kind of electronics quality standards or certifications (for example UL or CE certification). ...
