The documentation was too brief to be of use (offered little more info than the interface). The settings didn't allow for the necessary fine-tuning. The chat support was extremely slow. Messed up the computer both times and had to get rid of the software. Tried Norton products again in the mid 90's. Messed up the computer. Very annoying to use. Got rid of the software. Several months ago changed to ATT U-verse highspeed internet. A month or two later decided to download the Norton Antivirus that comes with the account, hoping their products might have changed. Now many lockups on IE browser. |
