This season brings Clark closer to his heritage and comes closer than ever to the Superman legend. (Except for season 8, of course) And his cousin Kara, otherwise known as Supergirl, enters the picture. This season is a must have - completely necessary for the collection - as two actors playing main characters in the show act their last scene in the season finale. Rating:  - The low point of the series?I've been a longtime follower of Smallville, and every year there's always fans (myself included) who finger the current year as "Jumping the shark".
