- It works for me.
I have been pleasantly surprised. This product works very well for me. I am able to fall asleep easily (I go to bed an hour or so after taking 2 tablets) and, if I awaken during the night, I'm able to fall back to sleep pretty quickly.

We who don't sleep easily must, of course, follow a good sleep hygiene protocol. Especially not eating heavily in the evening, turning off electronics, lowering the lighting, warm bath or shower, etc.

I checked this item out with my doctor and got positive results. I used this product and it does help me relax into sleep and I have no lingering after effects on waking. I like this product.

I was curious about this sleep aid because most such products are overly sedating for me. Unfortunately this didn't appear to help me fall asleep and had a mild "hangover" effect the following twelve hours.

This is a fantastic product. I tried the Tylenol PM and even had prescriptions for sleep but always woke up with a hung over feeling. The other reviewers didn't like this product much but I don't drink caffeine, alcohol or drugs. I don't eat much in terms of carbs and fats either. (I'm not saying the other reviewers do) So, I think the combination of my healthy diet without all those processed food chemicals make it easier for this product to work for me. One reason I stay away from the medicated sleeping aids is that they leave you drowsy in the morning. I also got the same feeling after using Alteril. That ended my use of the product.
