Good, healthy recipes, (most have been easy to follow and turned out well). I'm also learning new things from the articles Rating:  - Clean Eating Mag SubI really can't review this product because I haven't recieved one yet. It apparently will take 3 months to get it so I don't have anything to judge. I'm not sure why it has to take so long to get a magazine, it only takes minutes for them to collect thier payment. But PLEASE be most aware of Hormonal supplements side effects. The Doctors kept me on a Hormonal supplement longer then I should had been on from 1987-2002! I NEVER WORRIED ABOUT MY HEALTH THINKING my doctor is looking out for my welfair, because I was very healthy and active. fine with my weight before the Hysterectomy. Years later in 2002 ...
