Our DVD player is not the problem as we watched DVD's all weekend with no problem. We sent back the first one and they sent a replacement, but it did the very same thing. The quality of the DVD is awful and even though we were looking forward to the show, we simply can't get it to play. Things were so much better on the old VHS format because you did not have a device that hangs up on the FBI ...
