 Rating:  - dissappointedI have been a kitchenaid fan for years and was happy to get it from my kids for Christmas. I put a potato casserole in to bake and yes, I did wait for the oven to preheat, it doesnt tell you when is it preheated. You have to check to make sure top is not glowing. I put the pan in at the bottom of the oven and the broiler light kept going on and off to keep temp at 350 and it wasn't in there for 10 minutes and I checked it and the top of the casserole was burned. Read More Rating: - Great for cooking and saving on the electrical costsI love the oven and the broiler. It is in great condition with no problems with the finish at all. I can clean it very quickly and it looks expensive on the counter. I do have one problem with the rack that comes out too easily so I am careful to use mits and watch that the things do not get away from me as I take them out. I would buy it again but would appreciate a stop notch for the rack. Contrary to other reviewers, I thought this oven was constructed very well and solidly-built. I agree there is a little uneven toasting on top vs bottom -- but nothing dramatically so, and my daughter actually thought that was pretty neat.
